Individualized Health & Wellness Coaching


Embracing a holistic approach to eating, exercise and self-care, Kara is able to draw upon multiple resources to design your personal Path to Wellness. Over the course of 8-12 weeks, you will come to understand the interplay of Mind.Body.Spirit and how nurturing each domain of functioning can bring lifelong results.

Group Classes

Mindful Eating 


In this group, we progress though a program inspired by Susan Albers, PsyD to learn about and apply skills of eating mindfully. Whether your goal is weight management or just a healthier and more conscious relationship to food and you body, this group is for you!

Conscious Parenting

Come together with other caregivers experiencing the joys and challenges of modern parenting. We will discuss and explore topics that we are facing as caregivers and create a community of support and nurturing to recharge ourselves for the most important job on the planet.
