Kara Wetzel Counseling.Wellness.Art was created to serve those facing emotional, physical and spiritual challenges to their health and functioning. Drawing upon tools and skills gained over years of training and experience in the fields of Mental Health Counseling, Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma Therapy I have developed a unique, holistic approach to healing. It is my hope that clients will come to my practice and feel heard and hopeful in finding their individualized path to Wellness.
